Glamorgan Women have signed England international Georgia Davis, who has agreed to a three-year contract following her departure from Warwickshire. At 27, Davis, an off-spinner, could strengthen the Glamorgan team as they aim for Tier One status in 2027. She has consistently performed well in both franchise and regional cricket. Her ties to Welsh cricket go back before this move. In 2024 and 2025, Davis played in 13 matches for Welsh Fire in The Hundred, giving her practical familiarity with the environment and team she will now join full-time. She also played for Trent Rockets in that same competition. During the same week, Glamorgan expanded its recruitment efforts, with Seren Smale finalising her transfer from Lancashire.
