England U19s Name Strong 15-Player Squad for Pakistan Youth ODI Series

Ralphie Albert, a spinner for Surrey, will remain captain, while nine other players from the team that defeated Pakistan by 10 runs in the Youth Test at Arundel will keep their positions. For the limited-overs series, Jack Auld, Thomas Edwards, Luke Hands, Isaac Mohammed, Joe Moores, Jack Nelson, Luke Symington, Charlie Taylor, and Harry Wallace are all back.

The England U19 Test team that defeated Pakistan at Arundel the week before included nine players. Jack Nelson and Albert, who shared all ten wickets in the fourth innings to seal the win, were crucial to that triumph. Joe Moores, a wicketkeeper, will only play in the first Youth ODI before joining the England Lions.

Shahid Anwar is the head coach of the Pakistan U19 touring team, which is captained by Farhan Yousaf. Farhan led Pakistan to the ACC U19 Asia Cup triumph in December 2025, demonstrating the calibre of opponents England’s youthful team will encounter over the four games.

Alongside their captain, Pakistan’s 15-man touring team consists of Abdul Qadir, Abdul Subhan, Ahmad Hussain, Aliyan Salman, Hamza Zahoor, Hasnain Abbas Dar, Hayam Khan, Jahangir Bilal, Mohammad Sayyam, Mohammad Huzaifa, Niqab Shafiq, Rizwanullah, Umar Zaib, and Usman Khan.
